Qualifying our Partners
Prime Select™ partners represent a signficant part of our international footprint. When we choose a partner, we look for the most robust and professional service providers with longstanding track records of success and strong reputations in the industry.
We believe the companies we choose to work with should adhere to the highest quality standards - and that is why our vendor certification process is comprehensive and second-to-none in the industry.

- The vendor’s access to in-house resources, including operational platforms and staffing
- Feedback collected by various industry advocacy groups, like NBAA, EBAA, MEBA, etc.
- Membership in good standing with the IATA Ground Handling Council
- Determining if the vendor’s policies and procedures are in line with industry best practices and the Prime Code of Conduct
